Discovery Phase in practice

The workshops are a series up to 11 meetings, during which we conceptualize, gather information, discuss and create a map flow of the project, resulting in full project documentation ready to use.

1Conceptualization

Workshop starts with 3h meeting, during which we identify the concept by collecting all the possible information about the project.

2Gathering Requirements

As a part of Phase 2 - Gathering Requirements, on 3h meeting we are going to break down each problem into pieces, to ensure it is the root cause and get a proper solution.

3Research & Analysis

As we have more knowledge, we conduct a 1h meeting “Conceptual Mapping” to update diagrams and segment the information.

4Requirement Analysis

Since we have a clear concept of the “product” we are talking about, we are ready to continue research & analysis of user needs, by Studying Customer Experience. Right after it, we will work on Workflow Mapping.

5Solution

The creation of a blueprint for the product that visualizes the user interface, with reference to established user journey and high-level functionalities, and segmenting low-level functionalities.
